Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Certain products, such as personalised items, perishable goods, or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., underwear, cosmetics), cannot be returned unless faulty.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).

  • Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned products must be in resalable condition.

  • Items that are damaged, used, washed, or altered in any way may not qualify for a refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

6. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, colour, or product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, depending on the situation.
